I offer Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as a primary approach. ACT is designed to help you learn to manage and cope with difficult thoughts in more effective ways. Once you’ve learned this new skill set, you can then begin to live your life in a way that is more in line with what you value and that is the way to fulfillment.
